Phenomena Beauty & Nails Specialist is situated in the middle of the city at Marina Square. Since our opening in 2006, we have served customers from all walks of life, all over the world. Phenomena Beauty & Nail Specialist centreis not just any ordinary nail and beauty parlour. You may wonder, what’s so unique about Phenomena?
Other than providing superior customer experience to our customers, Phenomena also run a nail and beauty academy. Phenomena was founded by Ms. Gency Tan, a certified trainer of nail care by Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications System (WSQ). She has also been selected as a judge for nail art competitions held around the world, such as Singapore, Taiwan and Hongkong.
Our manicurists are also trained by the Phenomena Academy for at least a year and have to achieve excellent results before they are allowed to provide nail and other beauty services at our specialist centre. All our products are carefully selected by the experienced top management and flown in from the United States to ensure our customers enjoy superior service experience with us.
We strongly believe in the importance of customer comfort and satisfaction. In addition to our relaxing environment, friendly manicurists, we also ensure that other hygienic practices are put in place to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Therefore, all our tools are sanitized before and after each manicure session.
